Greensneeze and Useful Moose are young initiatives with a vision and a hope...
Our vision is that everyone has the opportunity and means to REUSE whatever they can, whenever they can, and our hope is that once most people Reduce what they need, then REUSE and finally have stuff that can be recycled.

We're starting with some basics - shopping bags and washable nappies.
It's not enough to have one reusable bag anymore - our shopping trips often require 5-10 bags, so we've brought together both bags which are stylish, with bags you can pack away easily for your shopping trips.

When I had my son I used washable nappies, but soon realised that no-one had given me information about them, so we want to put information into the hands of parents and make sure that parents know they have a CHOICE...that washable nappies are easy and  for the earth's sake we need to stop using resources and stop filling up landfills.

Greensneeze and Useful Moose are also pioneering a 'local online' type of shop. We don't have a conventional shop, we rather take our stall out to where people meet. We welcome all orders from people oover the phone and use existing postal services to get your purchases to you, but we also take a stall out to local groups, we encourage people to hold 'parties' with their friends and we distribute materials about the importance of reusing locally...printing on recycled paper of course!

Finally we try to be aware of, and minimise, both the environment and human cost of our work. We use fairly traided goods, we give organic options and promote hemp and bamboo materials.
