Terms and Conditions
Greensneeze and Useful Moose aims to deliver goods of the highest quality. We try to make sure we display only items that are in stock or which can be dispatched to you quickly or direct from the manufacturer. Occasionally we might not be able to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, in which case we will advise you immediately. If this happens, we will give you the options to
a) change your order,
b) wait for the products to be sent as soon as they become available or
c) cancel your order.

All prices quoted are in British pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. We make every effort to ensure the prices are accurate, however changes beyond our control do occasionally occur. If this happens we will contact you before shipping your order to gain your agreement to the revised price or to amend or to cancel the order.

Shipping
We make every effort to despatch in 48 hours and aim to deliver all orders within 7 days. If there is going to be a delay we will contact you.
Our standard postage rate is for 3-5 day delivery. Next day and guaranteed delivery is available. Orders for next day delivery must be placed by 12noon and a telephone contact number must be given.

Please note that three attempts will be made to re-deliver all Parcel Force sent packages and after that they will be kept at your local depot for 7 days for collection. We do advise customers to please provide a delivery address where all packages can be received as once orders have been returned to us a re-delivery charge of £4.95 will be incurred.

Cheques and bank transfers:
Please make cheques payable to 'Rachel Julian' or contact us for bank transfer information. Goods will only be dispatched once cheques have cleared.

Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. So if you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, you can return any item in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days of receipt, for a replacement or a full refund.
Claims for damaged/faulty goods must be made within 5 working days of receipt. If you are returning an item because it is not suitable or you ordered the wrong item you will need to cover the cost of the return postage. If the item was damaged, faulty or sent in error by us, we will reimburse you for the return postage.

You also have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days without giving a reason and return the goods to Greensneeze and Useful Moose for a full refund. Any refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.

You may cancel your order at anytime before we process your order.
